  1. Click tab "Page" down arrow
  2. Click on "lock"


Print page

# Click tab "Page" down arrow
# Click on print - this gives you a printable page view
# Go to File-->Print (on internet explorer toolbar) to print the page

Revision Date

  1. add revision date variable to page and date with time will be automatically updated whenever you save any revisions to the page Example Date: 8-25-2007

Revision Editor

  1. add revision editor variable to a page and user login name will appear
  2. the example below has both user and date as an example:
